4+ Baths!
Here is something unique to 201 Park Street ~ Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own full bath! This is perfect for a family vying for bathroom time mornings and evenings! The 4th bedroom is converted attic space that was once probably arranged as an apartment or in-law suite. It is obvious that a second kitchen was furnished in this space and the area needs some work.
