**VERY IMPORTANT** Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee - Rep. Dave Camp (R-MI) - released a discussion draft tax reform bill on February 26th that has called for the repeal of the historic rehabilitation tax credit. The loss of Federal Rehabilitation Tax Credit coupled with the scheduled sun setting of the NC State Rehabilitation Tax Credits at the end of this year could spell disaster for historic preservation and saving places important to our history.
